These terms govern your use of nestflowai.com and the features available on it, including Maya, our voice agent, and our inquiry and Snapshot forms. By using the site, you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Nestflow AI LLC ("NestFlow," "we," "us").
1. What this site is
This site provides information about NestFlow's services for state-licensed cannabis operators and offers ways to contact us, including a free Snapshot request. Client engagements are governed by separate written agreements between NestFlow and the client; if those agreements conflict with these terms, the written agreements control.
2. AI-generated content and Maya
Maya is an AI voice agent. Her responses — and any other AI-generated content on this site — are provided for general informational purposes only. They may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and they do not constitute legal, tax, financial, accounting, or regulatory compliance advice. Cannabis regulation varies by state and changes frequently. Do not rely on Maya or this site for compliance decisions; verify any information with qualified professionals and your state regulator before acting on it.
3. Licensed operators only
Our services are offered exclusively to state-licensed cannabis businesses and their representatives. We verify licensure as part of our intake process, and we may decline or discontinue service where valid licensure cannot be confirmed.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access restricted areas, accounts, or systems; interfere with or disrupt the site's operation; scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or data; misrepresent your identity or licensure; or use Maya or our forms to submit malicious, abusive, or deceptive content.
5. Intellectual property
The site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the NestFlow and Harnest names — are owned by Nestflow AI LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or use them except as permitted for normal browsing or with our written permission. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.
6. Disclaimers
The site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nestflow AI LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not apply to obligations under a separate written client agreement.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nestflow AI LLC from claims arising out of your violation of these terms or misuse of the site.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
